Art Of Melody Music & Burning Minds Music Group, in collaboration with MelodicRock.it, are excited to announce the release of "We Still Rock . . . The World".
"We Still Rock - The Compilation", released back in 2016 via Tanzan Music, has become a praised collectors' item, which quickly sold-out in its CD format, and reached #92 on the Swiss digital charts. Now, after almost nine years, the long-awaited follow-up, "We Still Rock . . . The World" – is finally here!
The new chapter is a collection of sought-after material for melodic rock aficionados, featuring unreleased songs and alternate versions of known tracks from several respected Italian melodic rock artists. For the first time in physical format, the CD version also includes a number of tracks, previously only available on digital platforms.
Artists such as Soul Seller, Room Experience, StreetLore, Mindfeels, Firesky & Night Pleasure Hotel, are already part of the Art Of Melody Music's roster. Joining them in this release are international projects, Kastadian, No Limits, Füel For Tunes, Broken Carillon and Laneslide feature guest stars, Toby Hitchcock (Kastadian), Robbie LaBlanc & Stefano Lionetti (No Limits), Frank Vestry, Erik Martensson, Bruce Gaitsch, Michael Bormann & Bruno Kraler (Laneslide), Gianluca Firmo (Broken Carillon) and Alessandro Del Vecchio & Pierpaolo "Zorro" Monti (Füel For Tunes.)
"We Still Rock . . . The World" also marks the official comeback of the fan favorite Shining Line project after fifteen years, with a brand new song, set to remain exclusive to this compilation. This track features the talented newcomer Lexyia on vocals as special guest.
The compilation was mastered by Alessandro Del Vecchio at Ivorytears Music Works Recording Studio in Somma Lombardo (Varese, Italy). It’s scheduled for release on May 16, 2025 in physical and digital formats via Art Of Melody Music / Burning Minds Music Group. The CD booklet contains introductory liner notes by Samuele Mannini (Melodicrock.it), while cover art and graphics have been developed by Aeglos Art (Nightblaze, Platens, Raintimes, Wheels Of Fire, and many others).
