Eugenio Sambasile states: “I wrote this song a few years ago. It’s a very intimate and delicate tune that talks about depression and self-harm. Having experienced this first-hand, I wanted to address the theme through a reflection of myself”.

Eugenio Sambasile is an Italian musician, guitarist, music teacher, and composer. He's the founder and leader of the death metal band Embryo, with which he is currently composing the new album. He shared the stage with famous metal artists on countless gigs all across Europe and collaborated with international musicians such as Marty Friedman and George Kollias during several educational events and seminars. His musical interests range from extreme metal to rock, with influences of blues and country music.
